Limited to 240 bottles, this release is once again an extraordinary pairing of peated casks from two highly respected Australian mainland distilleries. A marriage of second fill premium Bourbon and Apera, the peated single malts from these casks were carefully integrated to ensure a balance between the Fleurieu Distillerys sweet peat and
