The wine's soft yet unwavering presence would make for a great pairing with spaghetti all'amatriciana. The grapes for this wine are from two different estate parcels of vines averaging around 40 years old. These sites are at a higher altitude and harvested later than other Frappato used for other bottlings. Winemaker Arianna Occhipinti
