Five Cent Movie House collection-night The answer: It's the BeatlesThe "ingredients" needed for operating a nickelodeon, according to the trade paper Motion Picture World, were "200 500 people (audience), phonograph (with extra large horn), women cashier, electric sign, machine and operator and films, canvas screen, piano, barker, chairs." The operator "needs few brains and little tact." This five cent movie palace, called The Comet Theater, was on Third Avenue in New York. It was showing "For Honor's Sake" and "The
